About K-pop Saju Match
K-pop Saju Match is a fan-made site that compares your Saju chart with the charts of K-pop idols. Saju (사주) is the Korean tradition of reading a birth date as four pillars and five elements, and gunghap (궁합) is the practice of comparing two charts.
How the score works
Every match is scored out of 100 from four parts:
- Core element (30 points). How your day master relates to the idol’s: a classic stem pair, a supportive cycle, the same element, or a controlling cycle.
- Day branch (25 points). Whether your day branches form a Six Harmony, a Three Harmony, a match, or a clash.
- Birth-year animal (20 points). The same comparison for your zodiac animals.
- Element balance (25 points). Whether each chart supplies elements the other is missing.
The same two birthdays always produce the same score. Nothing is random.
What to keep in mind
- Idol birth times are not public, so idol charts use three pillars instead of four.
- Saju years and months follow solar terms, so your Saju year can differ from your calendar year if you were born in January or early February.
- Readings describe symbols in a chart. They say nothing factual about any real person, and they are not predictions or advice.
- This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist or agency.
